The BASICS
One Tribe Martial Arts Academy is dedicated to helping you develop a strong mind and fit body, giving you the power and confidence to get the most out of life. No matter your age, from 3 years old to 83, we have a fun and safe program for you. All of our programs encourage teamwork and building a strong sense of community. TIGER TEAM
Ages 3 - 6, specially designed classes help preschoolers develop academic and motor skills, coordination, concentration, discipline, and respect.
DRAGON TEAM
Ages 6 - 12, our junior student program focuses on practical self-defense techniques, traditional Kung Fu forms, physical conditioning, with emphasis on academic studies and character development.
TEEN & ADULT KUNG FU
We combine the traditional
art of Kung Fu with modern teaching methods to provide you with an exercise program unlike any other. Students will learn valuable self defense skills for the real world while getting a great work out.
ADULT KICKBOXING
Whether you're looking to compete or just learn kickboxing skills for exercise, this program is for you. This high-intensity workout will cover the basic striking and throwing techniques involved in the sport of Chinese Sanda/Sanshou.
KUNG FU CAMP
Ages 6-12, junior students and their friends get the opportunity to spend the day learning Kung Fu techniques, playing games, and constructing their very own Kung Fu themed arts & crafts.

KUNG FU BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Whether you're turning 3 or 83, schedule a day to give your friends a memorable party, and leave the cleanup to us!
Treat your friends and family to a rousing lion dance (for good luck!), a fun KUNG FU class, capped by breaking boards, followed by games and fun. We provide tables and chairs and do cleanup afterwards.
$25/person. 10 person minimum. Contact us for availability.

LION DANCE
Performed mostly during Chinese New Year, the Chinese lion dance can also be performed at weddings, grand openings, and birthday parties to bring good luck to all in attendance. Contact us and reserve our team today for your special event!
