Awareness & Self-Defense for the Everyday Woman - June 2 (4:30 pm)


This is an approximately 2 hour seminar that helps teach women to quickly identify, prevent and/or “neutralize” an uncomfortable or threatening situation. It teaches how to create safer surroundings, regardless of whether at home or in a public environment. Participants will learn vital safety measures that are simple to implement and highly effective at deterring an unwanted advance.

  • No martial arts experience or athletic ability necessary

  • Focused on prevention of an uncomfortable situation as well as self-defense

  • Extremely effective

  • Ideal for any woman wanting to be more aware of her surroundings, and wants to learn ways of keeping herself, her family and home safer.

$25 for second family member
